***Replacement head does not come with upper reed valve plate / saddle plate inside the new head. Clean with to use the old reed valve plate inside the new head.***

Please contact us if you have an older model air compressor without the notches inside the compressor head.

Viair 280C Head Replacement with Gasket / seal inside the head. This replacement head will come with 4 new bolts. ***Does not come with upper reed valve plate / saddle plate, must use the old reed valve plate inside new head***

We check each and every part thoroughly at our end before shipping. Each and every part is wrapped inside foam pouch with bubble wrap on top to protect parts for damages etc.

NOTE: - ***Please note that this is only for new style head with two slots /notches inside the head for the Saddle plate with two tabs on them. Please verify your head style before ordering this PN. One slot is bigger than the other slot.***

Important Notes & Instructions: -
*** Do not over tighten the head bolts or the leader hose. Over tightening may cause a crack in the head, bolts may shear off ***

*** Air Compressor must be installed in well ventilated area to protect against fire hazard. These are dry air compressor, will heat up to 158 - 165 degree F.****
