Check your compressor model at front crank case after removing filter housing. 4 Digits located right below 5 digit part number. First 2 are year & next 2 are month of manufacturing.

Viair 275C COMPRESSOR Connecting Rod & Piston, Cylinder wall & head replacement kit . This combo kit comes with Piston & Connecting Rod, Sealed Bearing with Counter weight, Cylinder wall comes with O'Rings & Head with new gasket & 4 new bolts.

Parts included:

275C Piston & Connecting Rod with Counter weights - RK142
275C Cylinder wall with Gaskets / O'Rings - RP070 ***Actual Cylinder wall is different than what's shown in picture, picture is for illustration purpose only***
275C Head replacement kit with gaskets & 4 bolts - RK010 ***Actual head is different than what's shown in picture, picture is for illustration purpose only***

Note: Replacement head does not come with upper reed valve plate / saddle plate. Must use the old reed valve / saddle plate , if not damaged.

Important Notes & Instructions: -

***Piston seal is not available by itself, comes as complete unit with connecting rod, bearing & set screw***
*** Use a non - permanent thread sealant on new set screw to make sure piston does not move on motor shaft***
*** Do not over tighten the head bolts or the leader hose. Over tightening may cause a crack in the head, bolts may shear off ***
